Remembering Dave Bowden

Thank you to Dave Bowden for his wonderful spirit, kind heart and amazing dedication. He was a much loved member of the MCAA community and will be missed.
David Bowden, 66, of Milford, New Hampshire, passed away at Community Hospice House on May 3, 2017. Husband of Debra (Blaney) Bowden and father of Joshua Bowden of Milford, NH. He was born in Newport News, Virginia on October 21, 1950, to McKinley and Daisy (Little) Bowden. Graduate of Westbury High School, Westbury NY and attended Edward Waters College in Florida and Franklin Pierce University in NH. David was proud to have served in the U.S Navy until 1981 and the Army Reserves until 1991. David worked many years as a physician’s assistant at various hospitals, including Lahey Clinic in Burlington MA. He was currently employed by the Manchester NH VA. He was known for his addictive sense of humor and compassion for helping others. David’s time spent with his family was very important to him. He was a much loved uncle by his many nieces and nephews. For many years David has been a MCAA Youth Basketball Coach. David also enjoyed detailing cars, hiking in New Hampshire, visiting Wineries and was a frequent patron of the Wilton Town Theatre. Most importantly, David enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
